Lead Video Editor
 to be the driving force behind our diverse and rapidly growing online video presence.

This isn't just about cutting footage—it's about storytelling, pace, and turning great ideas into 
must-watch, highly shareable social media content
 across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/Long-Form).

flexible hybrid/remote arrangement
 for the right talent, provided you can consistently meet all project deadlines and communication requirements.

What You'll Be Editing:

You will be responsible for a dynamic range of content, making every day unique. The key is to take the raw footage and inject energy and engagement into every final product. Our content categories include:

  • Educational Content:
     Making complex topics easy, fun, and concise.
  • Travel Vlogs/Recaps:
     Creating cinematic and fast-paced adventure stories.
  • Finance/Business Videos:
     Producing professional yet highly digestible explainers.
  • Lifestyle / Coaching Videos:
     Editing inspiring and instructional content for personal development and well-being.
  • General Social Media Content:
     Quick-turnaround, trend-responsive videos tailored for maximum engagement.

We're Looking for a Wizard Who Can:

  • Elevate Engagement:
     Your primary goal is to ensure our videos are 
    super engaging
    , fast-paced, and keep viewers hooked from the first second to the last.
  • Master the Social Vibe:
     You understand current social media trends, pacing, meme culture, and music/sound design that drives attention.
  • Handle Diverse Styles:
     Seamlessly switch between polished, long-form video editing and high-energy, short-form vertical content.
  • Deliver Excellence:
     Manage the entire post-production process, including syncing audio/video, color grading, creating captivating text overlays and motion graphics, and sound design.
  • Collaborate Effectively:
     Work closely with the content team and management to take a concept from script/outline to final product.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience:
     Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a focus on digital/social media content.
  • Software Mastery:
     Expert proficiency in 
    Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
    . Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a significant advantage.
  • Portfolio Power:
     A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles, especially 
    high-engagement social media examples

  • Time Management:
     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, 
    meet tight deadlines
    , and work independently.
  • A Creative Eye:
     A keen sense of timing, rhythm, color, and music to tell a compelling story.
