Position Overview & Priorities

The Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual) will be responsible for maintaining high standards in delivering a quality product. Work involves closely working with the Product and collaborating with the Engineering team to bring in clarity and raise the bar in assuring and maintaining the quality of the product.

Primary responsibility would be:

• Reviewand analyse system specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Create acceptance criteria for the stories in the sprint.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyse results.
• Report bugs and errors in the development teams.
• Conduct post–release/post-implementation testing.

Work Location

In Office, Chembur. Mumbai

Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Should be imaginative in listing out test scenarios,test cases,use cases etc.
• Should have experience in testing web, API and mobile platforms (performance testing will be advantageous)
• Should be from a computer/IT Background in terms of education.
• Should have knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
• Should have good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in agile and QA methodology.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
