Position Summary:

  • Analyst will get a broad exposure and insights into topics that are of relevance to fast-growing companies and early stage investing landscape in India
  • 6 month probation period
  • Opportunity to transition to Associate role after 24 months

Job description:

  • Support Founders in the overall development process of the company
  • Work closely with portfolio company founders on strategic projects
  • Work on strategic research topics (market sizing, competitive landscape, product analyses, etc.)
  • Conduct analyses from a financial as well as a customer perspective
  • Manage new investor outreach and relationship with existing investors

Qualification:

  • Hands-on and success driven
  • Above-average academic degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or similar
  • Outgoing, creative, and willing to approach early-stage founders to pitch Fibonacci X
  • Attention to detail with a particular emphasis on the production of high quality work
  • Analytical thinking, strong commercial judgment, and a well-developed sense of responsibility
