Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to students in STEM subjects.
- Assist in developing and delivering engaging STEM lessons, workshops, and activities.
- Support students in understanding STEM concepts through tutoring, coaching, and project guidance.
- Share personal academic/career experiences to promote STEM pathways.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for diverse learners.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to program staff and parents (as applicable).
- Collaborate with educators, program coordinators, and other mentors.
- Participate in training, meetings, and professional development as required.
