Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to students in STEM subjects.
  • Assist in developing and delivering engaging STEM lessons, workshops, and activities.
  • Support students in understanding STEM concepts through tutoring, coaching, and project guidance.
  • Share personal academic/career experiences to promote STEM pathways.
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for diverse learners.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to program staff and parents (as applicable).
  • Collaborate with educators, program coordinators, and other mentors.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and professional development as required.
