We're Hiring: E-commerce Specialist – 3PL Fulfillment (USA Operations)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (On-site)

Experience: 1–3 years

What You'll Do:

Engage with potential clients via calls, emails & LinkedIn

Understand client logistics & fulfillment needs

Present our warehousing & fulfillment solutions confidently

Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups

Collaborate with the U.S. sales & operations teams

Build strong, long-term client relationships

Lead Generation & Management : connect with potential clients via outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach etc.

Needs Assessment: Listen actively to prospects, understand their logistics challenges, and identify opportunities to provide value

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)

1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or e-commerce (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome)

Excellent English communication (written + spoken)

Proactive, eager to learn, and confident in client-facing roles

Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
