Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within an innovative and mission-driven organization. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions.

3.Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation. 4. Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

5.Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.

6.Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing improvements.

Qualifications:

1.Currently pursuing any degree.

2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5.Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
