- Lead day-to-day audit-delivery teams supporting overseas firms
- Drive knowledge management, quality, and operational excellence, and
- Help scale the CrossShore platform.
2.Key Responsibilities
Audit Delivery & Client Support
Prepare audit plans and strategy memos for overseas engagements.
Execute audit procedures (Ind AS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP) and supervise teams.
Project & Team Management
Plan resources, monitor delivery timelines, and escalate issues proactively.
Manage progress reporting and budget adherence.
Operational Excellence & Knowledge Management
Roll out knowledge management initiatives and track impact.
Maintain divisional audit manuals, programmes, and engagement templates.
Quality Assurance
Embed updated QC checklists and in-process quality checks to minimise rework.
Business Development Support
Draft proposals, track conversions, and participate in client outreach (webinars, round-tables, etc.).
Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and run divisional training calendars.
Governance & Reporting
Ensure complete audit documentation and timesheet compliance.
3.Candidate Profile
QualificationACCA or CAExperience5–7 years in statutory audit / global delivery services, including team supervision and client-facing exposure.Technical SkillsStrong grasp of Ind AS / IFRS; Proficient in MS Office and audit-support tools (e.g., DataSnipper).Behavioural Skills
- Analytical, proactive, and self-driven;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Collaborative team-leader with aptitude for cross-cultural work.
MobilityWilling to travel within India or abroad for short-term assignments.
- Performance Indicators
- Timely audit delivery within agreed budgets and quality thresholds.
- Quality review scores and reduction in re-work.
- Knowledge-management contributions (templates, trainings, insights).
- Team engagement & development metrics (L&D participation, retention).
- Client satisfaction feedback and successful coordination with overseas firms.
