Job Description Assistant Manager-2, CrossShore Services Division

  1. Lead day-to-day audit-delivery teams supporting overseas firms
  2. Drive knowledge management, quality, and operational excellence, and
  3. Help scale the CrossShore platform.

2.Key Responsibilities

  1. Audit Delivery & Client Support

  2. Prepare audit plans and strategy memos for overseas engagements.

  3. Execute audit procedures (Ind AS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP) and supervise teams.

  4. Project & Team Management

  5. Plan resources, monitor delivery timelines, and escalate issues proactively.

  6. Manage progress reporting and budget adherence.

  7. Operational Excellence & Knowledge Management

  8. Roll out knowledge management initiatives and track impact.

  9. Maintain divisional audit manuals, programmes, and engagement templates.

  10. Quality Assurance

  11. Embed updated QC checklists and in-process quality checks to minimise rework.

  12. Business Development Support

  13. Draft proposals, track conversions, and participate in client outreach (webinars, round-tables, etc.).

  14. Learning & Development

  15. Identify skill gaps and run divisional training calendars.

  16. Governance & Reporting

  17. Ensure complete audit documentation and timesheet compliance.

3.Candidate Profile

QualificationACCA or CAExperience5–7 years in statutory audit / global delivery services, including team supervision and client-facing exposure.Technical SkillsStrong grasp of Ind AS / IFRS; Proficient in MS Office and audit-support tools (e.g., DataSnipper).Behavioural Skills

  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Collaborative team-leader with aptitude for cross-cultural work.

MobilityWilling to travel within India or abroad for short-term assignments.

  3. Quality review scores and reduction in re-work.
  4. Knowledge-management contributions (templates, trainings, insights).
  5. Team engagement & development metrics (L&D participation, retention).
