Supply & Marketing Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and data-savvy professional with a strong operations or Scrum background to join our team as a Supply and Martech Operations Executive. This role is critical for optimizing the scheduling and management of experts on our platform while ensuring seamless martech (marketing technology) scheduling and providing actionable insights from dashboards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operations, data insights, and marketing analytics to drive expert performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Scheduling & Management:
• Utilize CMS tools or similar platforms to create and maintain schedules for platform experts based on demand forecasts, category trends, and historical performance data.
• Align expert availability with user demand, ensuring optimal utilization and engagement rates.
• Monitor and address expert scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or gaps, and proactively resolve them.
• Data-Driven Insights:
• Analyze performance metrics, including revenue per hour, call durations, and category engagement, to inform scheduling decisions.
• Use dashboards to track expert performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve utilization and user satisfaction.
• Martech Scheduling:
• Plan and execute martech campaigns using tools or platforms with similar functionality to MoEngage or HubSpot, ensuring timely and targeted notifications to both experts and users.
• Coordinate martech triggers based on user behavior, expert availability, and platform priorities.
• Basic Marketing Analytics:
• Extract and analyze data from dashboards or similar tools to evaluate campaign performance, expert engagement, and user retention.
• Provide actionable insights to the marketing and operations teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Operational Excellence:
• Apply Scrum or operational project management techniques to improve workflows, scheduling accuracy, and expert onboarding processes.
• Maintain clear communication with vertical leads, category managers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals.
• Expert Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with platform experts to encourage adherence to schedules and participation in platform initiatives.
• Conduct periodic reviews with experts to address concerns and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain planning, or martech coordination.
• Background in Scrum/Agile methodologies with a certification preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
• Proven track record of using similar platforms for data analytics, scheduling, or martech (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or others).
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with CMS tools, scheduling platforms, or equivalent for expert/resource management.
• Experience with any marketing technology platform similar to MoEngage, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or any data analysis tools.
• Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing experts or consultants in a pay-per-minute or similar model.
• Exposure to marketplaces or platforms in the wellness or emotional support space.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or similar for querying data from dashboards.

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
