Front Office Receptionist

Key responsibilities
- First point of contact: Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Administrative tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, schedule appointments, and maintain visitor logs.
- Office management: Keep the reception area and front office neat and organized, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Support: Provide general administrative support to staff and management as needed.
Necessary skills and qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service: A friendly and professional demeanor to handle visitors and their needs effectively.
- Technical: Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other office equipment.
- Problem-solving: Ability to manage time and solve everyday problems.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred.
