Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President Finance, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and statutory audits in compliance with IndAS formats. Your role will involve preparing and presenting quarterly and yearly standalone and consolidated financial results, conducting variance analysis and KPI tracking, establishing accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with secretarial and taxation requirements. This position will also require interaction with the company's statutory auditors and the implementation of controls and internal controls for ICFR.
Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting on ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite
