Job Description:

  • We are looking for trainers from Life Insurance domain
  • Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 2 years of
  • relevant experience in the market as a Trainer in Back End process
  • Should have trained on Insurance/ Banking products
  • Should have good communication grip in English Language
  • Should be proficient in Tamil,Telugu.
  • Should be proficient with MIS skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to create and revamp training content
  • Candidate with Life Insurance, Investment and
  • Loan experience shall be preferred


Roles & Responsibilities:

Should be able to deliver Induction &

Other Skill based Program for the fresh recruits
Will have to conduct Product & Process

Training and manage coaching for the existing workforces
