GM Greenhouse

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, productivity, and profitability of our greenhouse and packhouse facilities. The ideal candidate will lead teams, implement best practices, and ensure high-quality output in line with market demands.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of greenhouse and packhouse.
• Oversee crop production, harvesting, and packing processes.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Should be knowledgeable about net house, polyhouse, integrated packhouse, cold Storage and COE.
• Should be open to travel within India (for supervision of projects)
• Should have good managerial and communication skills
• Knowledge of Drawing and BOQ Preparation.

Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Civil Infrastructure or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in greenhouse and/or packhouse management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of Cultivation plants.
• Experience of more than 8yrs.
• Site Execution and Greenhouse project knowledge.
• Knowledge of Drawing and BOQ Preparation- Structure, Plumbing and Electrical.
