Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing training programs (online/offline).
  • Teach core areas including:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Content Marketing & Blogging
  • Email Marketing
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
  • Create and update training materials, case studies, and real-world projects.
  • Conduct workshops, live demos, and interactive sessions to enhance learning.
  • Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications.
  • Guide students/professionals for industry certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the academic/management team to ensure training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience in Digital Marketing (3–5 years preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Trainer/Faculty/Coach will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified, practical manner.
  • Passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their career goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
