Job Title : Senior Software Engineering Consultant / Team Lead

Location : Gota, Ahmedabad (onsite)

Shift : Night (7 pm to 5 am IST)

Salary : Rs 30000 to RS 40000 CTC (month)

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineering Consultant to lead our software development mentoring team. This role includes team oversight, curriculum design, advanced training, and placement support for candidates aspiring to U.S.-based software roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise software consultant team and ensure delivery quality.
  • Design and update training materials for DSA, OOP, and system design.
  • Conduct advanced mock interviews and capstone project reviews.
  • Guide resume building and GitHub profile enhancement.
  • Monitor team KPIs and candidate performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve placement strategy.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Mastery in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
  • Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
  • Excellent in technical problem-solving and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
