Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, and providing functional expertise across Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Daily tasks include working closely with clients to understand their requirements, offering tailored consultation, and ensuring the seamless implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize HCM processes will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying business needs and proposing effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience in business process analysis, understanding workflows, and optimizing operations
  • Proficiency in consulting with a focus on guiding teams through Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
  • Understanding of financial and HCM-related processes and their integration within enterprise systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within deadlines
  • Relevant work experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or related fields
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred
