SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud): Manage consent and profiling processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Integrate CDC with other systems for seamless data flow. SAP CDP (Customer Data Platform): Oversee contact profile management and maintain a Single Source of Truth. Implement and manage data integration processes. Utilize built-in connectors and CPI for efficient data handling. Integration and Data Flow: Utilize built-in connectors, CPI, and as-is integrations. Ensure smooth data flow between marketing, sales, and other systems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain data integrity. Additional Responsibilities: Manage marketing contacts, sales contacts, and lead flow. Generate reports and provide insights for decision-making. Coordinate webinars and integrate Qualtrics for enhanced customer feedback.
