Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic European/Russian/foreign national with strong English proficiency to join our growing EdTech company in India. The candidate will act as a Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for representing our international certification programs and delivering impactful presentations in colleges and universities across India. This role requires excellent communication, cross-cultural adaptability, and the ability to build strong relationships with academic stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging presentations and orientation sessions in English to college principals, HODs, faculty, and student groups, showcasing our global EdTech programs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, building trust and credibility with Indian institutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to onboard colleges and establish long-term academic partnerships.
  • Interact with students to create awareness about international career certifications and skill development programs.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system with colleges and ensure smooth communication between institutions and the company.
  • Provide market feedback on student/college expectations, competitor activities, and cultural insights to help refine strategies.
  • Support the business development team in achieving enrollment and onboarding targets.
  • Travel across India as required for presentations, events, and academic collaborations.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding our values of innovation, global education, and student success.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Foreign national (European/Russian preferred) with strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, training, or education sector preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse cultural and academic groups.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for college visits and events.
  • Passion for education, technology, and empowering students with global opportunities.
