Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in SAP project rollouts, specializing in the PP, QM, and PM modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA 2023 and a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves reviewing the work of third-party vendors and ensuring the successful delivery of new requirements as per business needs. PP, QM and PM module lead for new project rollouts.
Areas Of Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP, QM and PM modules.
- Lead the implementation of SAP PP/QM/PM modules across all Sun Pharma plants.
- Review and oversee the work of third-party vendor support teams.
- Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and deliver new requirements as per business needs.
- Ensure all deployments adhere to GxP processes, with a strong focus on validation activities.
- Provide technical configuration expertise for SAP PP/QM/PM modules.
- Oversee and guide the team in handling SAP PP/QM/PM rollout projects.
- Utilize ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
- Sound knowledge in PP master data, sales and production plans, long-term planning, demand management, MRP, and capacity planning.
- Experience with product planning, forecasting, manufacturing execution, inventory/warehouse management, product costing, and quality management.
- Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to PP.

Educational Qualification
PG Science/Computer Engineer Graduate (BE/MCA) preferred
Specific Certification
SAP PPQM certified, PMP/Prince 2
Skills
- SAP PP/QM modules, Solution Architect experience, SAP integration with legacy and Mobility applications,
- Business Dashboards/Reports and analytical solutions viz. on Machine Learning, AI, Tableau, SAP BI etc.
- Strong knowledge for Computer system validation
- Experience in SAP projects implementation in Pharma Manufacturing,
- Functional Domain and project implementation experience in Pharma/life science Industry is must
- Exposure to SAP other modules like PM/MM/SD
Experience
Minimum 13-15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM modules
