Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Guntur West. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements while upholding RadixSoft's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Technical Recruiting and Recruiting expertise to identify and hire top IT talent
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder and candidate engagement
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with teams and clients
  • Previous experience in IT or technology-focused recruitment preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
