We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Seafood Online Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance for seafood products sold through our online platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in seafood processing and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining excellence.

  • Inspect raw and processed seafood for freshness, temperature, texture, and appearance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of seafood products.
  • Help monitor temperature and cleanliness in storage areas
  • Support senior staff in maintaining quality records
  • Learn food safety standards like HACCP and FSSAI
  • Help ensure correct labeling and packaging of products
  • Report any issues to the supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
