Job Title: Site Incharge

Location : Kerala

Experience: Minimum 7-12 years in construction site management, preferably with experience in large-scale auditorium or commercial building projects.

Salary: [As per industry standards]

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to safety regulations.

1. Project Coordination & Planning:

Prepare and manage work schedules, labor deployment, and material requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers for design clarifications and modifications.

Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to project managers and senior management.

1. Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to construction quality standards and safety protocols.

Conduct site inspections and implement corrective measures for any deviations.

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

1. Material & Resource Management:

Monitor material usage, stock levels, and timely procurement to avoid delays.

Verify and approve material deliveries as per project requirements.

Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.

1. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work permits.

Ensure proper documentation of work inspections, approvals, and changes.

Report any technical or logistical issues affecting project progress.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works in large-scale projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
