About the Role:

We're looking for a Full Stack Java Developer who can build high performing applications end to end. You'll work across backend and frontend, collaborate with cross functional teams, review code, support new joiners, and keep the system running smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, writing solid code, and keeping things stable in production.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java based applications
  • Work closely with product, QA, design, and other engineering teams
  • Review peer code and share constructive feedback
  • Support newly joined team members and help them get delivery ready
  • Build and maintain unit and integration test cases
  • Debug issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve them quickly
  • Contribute to improving system performance and reliability
  • Work in an Agile environment and stay aligned with sprint goals

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack Java development
  • Strong command over Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST services, and microservices
  • Hands on experience with JDK 8 or later
  • Good front end skills with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL or Oracle
  • Solid problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams and deliver under tight timelines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • Experience mentoring junior developers
  • Strong debugging instincts and performance tuning skills
  • Familiarity with CI or deployment workflows
  • Exposure to integrating complex systems or working with larger codebases
