Job Role:
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries.
- Understand customer needs and explain the benefits of Microsoft & SAP ERP solutions.
- Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects until handover to sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in ERP / IT solutions)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of B2B / B2C sales process
Profile: ERP Sales Consultant Microsoft & SAP ERP
Experience: 2-6 Years
Industry: IT / Software / ERP Solutions
Job Role:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft & SAP ERP solutions
- Engage with key decision-makers across industries
- Understand client requirements and propose the right ERP solution
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution workshops with technical teams
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience in ERP Sales (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP sales cycles and solution selling techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven success in B2B and B2C sales both in domestic and international markets
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- ERP/Cloud software sales experience is a must
