Role Description

This full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Supervisor position is located in Kumbhalgarh. In this role, you will manage food service operations, ensuring they meet the highest service standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing staff, coordinating food and beverage services, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service while upholding the reputation of Treat Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency in food service operations, ensuring standards of quality and efficiency
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to address guest requirements with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with both staff and guests
  • Knowledge of service standards and hospitality etiquette
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Relevant experience in food and beverage management is preferred
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
