Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Logipool Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide excellent after-sales support. You will play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries regarding products, orders, payments, and delivery.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up for issue closure.
  • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and offers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and support) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (E-commerce experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
