Key Responsibilities

  • Plan menus in consultation with the dietitian or nurse.
  • Follow special diets (e.g., diabetic, soft, or low-salt).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Ensure safe food storage and proper waste disposal.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and report supply needs.
  • Serve meals with care, patience, and respect for residents.
