Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Survey development & data collection:
  • Assist in designing and implementing surveys to understand the needs, interests, and aspirations of marginalized girls
  • Collect survey data through various methods, including phone calls, online forms, or in-person interviews
  • Career support:
  • Provide support to girls in exploring career pathways, including job opportunities, higher education, and upskilling programs
  • Help girls identify their interests and strengths, and connect them with relevant resources and networks
  • Networking & outreach:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with organizations, institutions, and individuals who can provide career opportunities, mentorship, or guidance
  • Facilitate connections between girls and professionals in their desired fields
  • Data analysis:
  • Assist in analyzing survey data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform program development and improvement
  • Help identify areas where girls may need additional support or resources
  • Program participant support:
  • Regularly call and engage with girls to understand their progress, challenges, and interests
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to help girls achieve their career goals
