SaaS cloud migration & Systems developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the migration of the Charles River trading System to the SaaS cloud platform.
• Design and implement integration workflows between the SaaS environment and existing auxiliary systems such as SEI Trust 3000, SEI SWP, and downstream feeds.
• Develop and optimize data migration processes for accounts, positions, transactions, securities, cash, and pricing data files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration, testing, and deployment.
• Automate deployment and configuration processes using Azure, Ansible, and other cloud tools.
• Migrate and troubleshoot legacy scripts, including Autosys Jil scripts, and develop new automation workflows.
• Transition on-premises SQL Server databases to cloud-based solutions ensuring data integrity and security.
• Migrate SSIS workflows, SSRS reports, and develop new Power BI reports for analytics.
• Work on API development and integration using Swagger API specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Proven experience working on projects within Asset Management firms.
• Hands-on experience with trading systems such as Charles River, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in migration projects, especially involving data and system migrations.
• Extensive knowledge of daily data files related to accounts, positions, transactions, securities, cash, and pricing.
• Familiarity with SEI Trust 3000 and SEI SWP systems (preferred).
• Experience with Azure cloud deployment, including Ansible, Pet & Cattle deployment strategies.
• Understanding of Autosys Jil scripting and MFS file transmission jobs.
• Experience migrating on-premises SQL Server databases to cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SSIS workflows, SSRS report migration, and Power BI development.
• Familiarity with Tidal job automation systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and with strong communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Atleast 6 years of development experience with VS.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET.
• Skilled in PowerShell (version 6.0 and above) scripting.
• API integration using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Cloud deployment management on Azure.
• Automation scripting and deployment pipelines.
• Data migration and transformation expertise.

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi) - All 5 days work from office.
