Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations (CR) Executive located in Guwahati. The CR Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include appointment calls, PSFU calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with various departments to deliver quality service. Additionally, the CR Executive will be required to oversee customer feedback and implement strategies for improving customer service.
