Kitchen Steward

A "KST job" typically refers to a Kitchen Steward/Stewarding Team position in the hospitality industry, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, washing dishes and utensils, managing inventory of kitchenware, and supporting kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Key duties include overseeing sanitation, ensuring proper temperatures for food storage, managing supplies, and upholding health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Ensuring all kitchen areas, pots, pans, and dishes are clean and well-maintained according to hygiene standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and controlling the stock of cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and operational supplies.
• Dishwashing & Support: Washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchenware using appropriate machinery and cleaning agents.

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
