As a member of the Global Partnerships Tools (GPT) team at the company, your mission will be to empower Global Partnerships to enhance partnership health and land better agreements efficiently. The team is responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of tools that automate pipeline and partner management workflows, provide reports that drive business visibility, execution efficiency, insights on potential business opportunities, and improve decision quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Grow in an agile environment and quickly prototype solutions. - Operate with ambiguous requirements. - Design, build, and deploy scalable software platforms for teams within Global Partnership Tools. - Ensure that all technical solutions adhere to best software engineering practices at Google. - Collaborate with product teams to enhance tools and create applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools. - Write technical documents and review code in compiled or scripted languages. - Deploy AI within the tools portfolio wherever possible. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development. - 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design. - Proficiency in front-end languages like JavaScript or TypeScript and backend languages like Java, Python, or C++. - Experience working with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - 4 years of experience designing and optimizing databases (Preferred). - 4 years of experience with cloud, containerized, or microservice architectures (Preferred). - 2 years of experience collaborating with teams and business stakeholders on project requirements (Preferred).,
