Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished products suitable for digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, ads, reels, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging video content including reels, promotional videos, testimonials, product showcases, event highlights, and explainer videos.
  • Add graphics, text animations, transitions, background music, voiceovers, and sound effects where required.
  • Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, Topaz AI, Adobe Firefly, Descript, etc.) for tasks like background replacement, auto-subtitling, upscaling, AI voice-over's, and creative visual enhancements.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ensuring correct aspect ratios, resolution, and format.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI + video editing trends, social media trends, and best practices to deliver innovative and fresh content.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and archives systematically.
  • Provide creative input on storyboarding, scripting, and production planning when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/showreel required).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven video and design tools for editing, subtitles, enhancement, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and export settings for different platforms.
  • Ability to create and integrate motion graphics, simple animations, and titles.
  • Knowledge of sound editing, color correction, and grading.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven generative tools for graphics, animations, and content ideation.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation or VFX basics.
  • Familiarity with photography and videography (camera handling, shooting basics).
  • Prior experience in industries such as automotive, healthcare, lifestyle, or media agencies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
