Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anekal for a Press Shop Supervisor. The Press Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the press shop, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with team members to optimize performance. Additional duties include ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and streamlining processes to optimize efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Press Releases, with experience in creating informative and impactful materials.
• Proficiency in Communication and Corporate Communications, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in Strategic Communications, including planning and executing communication strategies to achieve business goals.
• Experience with Media Relations, including liaising with external partners and addressing press inquiries.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and operations efficiently.
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and safety regulations is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
