Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Department: Finance / Treasury

Reports To: Treasury Manager / CFO

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing daily treasury operations, optimizing liquidity, monitoring cash flows, supporting debt management, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

This position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of treasury, banking, and investment practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow Management & Forecasting

  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports.

  • Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and investment needs.

  • Forecast cash inflows/outflows and maintain working capital efficiency.

  • Banking & Treasury Operations

  • Manage day-to-day banking relationships and transactions.

  • Ensure timely execution of payments, transfers, and receipts.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Debt & Investment Management

  • Support loan administration, interest calculations, and repayment schedules.

  • Monitor debt covenants and compliance reporting.

  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities for surplus funds.

  • Risk & Compliance

  • Implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Monitor foreign exchange exposures (if applicable).

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare treasury MIS reports for management.

  • Analyze interest costs, funding structures, and treasury KPIs.
  • Provide support during audits and board reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA/CTP preferred).
  • 2-5 years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, debt management, and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
