Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and invoice management.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
