Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counselor located in Gurugram. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for engaging students and clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong student relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Counselor will also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining organized sales documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and student relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and achieving performance targets
  • Effective Organization Skills to manage sales processes and documentation efficiently
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
