Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves streamlining processes to improve productivity, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve operational objectives. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing operations, production schedules, and logistics
  • Strong, stern leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance procedures
  • Ability to implement process improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the context of hot runner systems, is a plus
