Key Responsibilities · Designing of FTTH ODN for Town/Area. · Fiber optic drawing and design based on the cable type, allocation, capacity and there fiber jointing schematic Access OSP Route Network. · FTTH BOM & BOQ Preparations. · Validation of FTTH Designs and Plans for Execution. · Site surveys · Directing The Survey Teams for information capture. · Calculation of the OSP and ODN link budgets. · Cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies. · CAPEX & OPEX calculations for better planning and further O&M activities. · Monitor and ensure proper completion of network surveying/design activities by Survey Team and third party vendors. · Network inventory updation in GIS. · OLT Sites finalization and implementation. · RFAI from Infra Providers
Experience & Skills 1.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Access networks preferably a mix of key telecom vendors and operators 2. Strong Access Network Planning experience on multiple and Large access networks 3. Strong partner management skills in highly outsourced environments 4. Capability to interface and handle CBU interactions 5. Strong analytical and techno-commercial skills
