Detailed description: Global ME COC – ME Project Management Guidelines, Role and Responsibilities Global ME COC – ME Project Management Guidelines, Role and Responsibilities Purpose · Standardize the Global ME COC Internal ME Project Management Practice across the ME Programs execution to drive consistent ME execution excellence aspects across the regions · This document is applicable post Program Award only Lead Role · MDO Project Lead is the role within Global ME COC who is accountable for the MDO Deliverables for given Program Execution assignment · MDO Project Lead is a single point of contact for assigned program and accountable to drive this internal MDO Project Management practice · MDO Project Lead escalates the required level of ME leadership support, engagement and attention to resolve challenges within Global ME COC Scope · MDO Project Lead is accountable for the MDO Deliverables for given Program Execution and works with PD & cross-functional teams (PM/PDTL, CPE/CE-EU, SYS, HW Design, DPLU, Product Safety, HW Product Assurance, Environment Validation, Advance Mfg.
