Role and Responsibilities:
As a Course Counselor at Kezan Consulting, you will have a pivotal role in guiding prospective students in making informed decisions regarding their career paths within the dynamic fitness industry. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with prospective students, providing them with objective information about our courses and addressing their queries through phone calls or in-person meetings.
  • Conducting Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and the courses we offer.
  • Providing prospects with answers to all their questions and concerns, and facilitating communication with our domain experts when necessary.
  • Maintaining regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.
  • Staying up-to-date on new developments and improvements to our products and services.
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports and End of the Day Reports to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Embracing feedback and participating in audit sessions conducted by the response quality assurance department to improve skills and performance.
  • Attending training sessions and refresher programs to enhance your understanding of our courses and stay updated with industry trends.
