We are seeking a talented and motivated Android Application Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Android development practices and be able to deliver high-quality mobile applications within ideal timelines and with excellent speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX, product, and backend teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Android app development.
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Proficiency with Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Good understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Flutter or React Native.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Knowledge of app deployment processes on the Google Play Store.
