About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients throughout the procedure, maintaining records, and ensuring quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure proper sanitization and functioning.
• Perform dialysis treatment as per prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations.
• Assist patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and machine logs.
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Work with nephrologists and nursing staff for patient care planning.
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology or related medical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dialysis center/hospital.
• Strong understanding of dialysis machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, patient handling & clinical observation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Work Schedule

• Full-time role (Shift timings will be discussed during interview).
