Job Responsibilities:

* Supervising and handling labour teams

* Daily work planning & management

* Monitoring smelting operations and workflow

* Ensuring safety, discipline, and smooth production

* Coordinating with management for operational tasks

Requirements:

* Ability to manage workforce efficiently
