Freelancer Opportunity Work From Home: Agronomist

We are looking for a Freelance Agronomist to join our team and support farmers by resolving their queries directly through Audio and Video calls. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about agriculture, farmer engagement, and problem-solving.

Job Summary

The Agronomist will handle farmer calls (audio/video) to provide agronomical guidance, identify issues, and suggest appropriate measures for a healthy farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Solving farmers' queries directly via phone (audio/video calls).
• Diagnose agronomical issues and provide effective solutions and product recommendations.
• Ensure calls are answered within the defined SLA timeframe to maintain pickup rate and TAT.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture is an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, call center support, or any agriculture-related domain preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agri-input products and agriculture industry trends.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build trust with farmers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
