About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical MIS & Operations Lead to oversee data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of MIS and operations executives to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data management.
- Oversee data entry and validation across multiple internal systems and platforms, maintaining accuracy for sales, purchase, and operational data.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and sales teams to streamline processes and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
- Supervise tracking, recall, and reconciliation processes for e-commerce shipments and inventory (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.), resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile payments received from different e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.) against internal sales and MIS data to ensure accurate accounting and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and analyze records for lost, damaged, or returned shipments, coordinating claims and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
- Prepare and verify E-way Bills and E-Invoices to meet GST and compliance standards.
- Generate regular MIS dashboards and analytical reports for senior management, delivering actionable business insights.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in MIS, operations, or data management within e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/MIS tools (FCA, Tally, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce seller platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Jiomart.
- Experience in payment reconciliation and financial reporting preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
