We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage distributor & dealer queries, handle billing activities, and provide overall support to day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to distributor / dealer inquiries regarding orders, dispatch, pricing, and payments.
  • Outbound calling to follow up on leads, payments, and dispatch updates.
  • Maintain call logs, customer records, and share updates with the sales team.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the reception, maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
  • Coordinate with the billing department to prepare and issue invoices / bills for distributor orders.
  • Enter order details accurately in billing / ERP software.
  • Support daily office operations, documentation, and filing work.
  • Share order status, delivery timelines, and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team when required.
  • Provide feedback from customers/distributors to management for service improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate with good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / receptionist / billing role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / billing software (Tally, Busy, or similar).
  • Polite, punctual, and well-presented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹8k-₹12k per month (Based on experience)
