Job Description:

Alpha Enterprises is looking for an experienced Prefabrication Supervisor with strong knowledge in structural building and prefab construction to oversee site execution and supervision of prefabricated projects such as labour camps, site offices, modular cabins, and related structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage prefabrication and installation activities at project sites.
• Oversee the construction of labour camps, site offices, modular cabins, and prefab structures.
• Ensure proper execution of structural works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for smooth site execution.
• Manage and supervise site labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor material usage, manpower planning, and daily site progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures at the site.
• Handle basic site documentation, measurements, and progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in prefabrication, structural, or modular construction projects.
• Good knowledge of structural fabrication, erection, and site execution.
• Experience in handling labour camps, site offices, and prefab buildings will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour and meet project timelines.
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.
• Immediate availability preferred.
