SAP Training Consultant

Develop and deliver comprehensive SAP training programs to enhance user adoption and system efficiency. Analyze user needs and identify areas where training can improve efficiency and system utilization Create and present engaging training materials, including classroom instruction, online modules, and documentation, to teach users how to use specific SAP modules or functionalities Introduce innovative tools and training methodologies to drive continuous improvement and user experience. \ Lead all training initiatives, fostering collaboration with functional / technical teams and clients end-users Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users post training
Where required, provide one-on-one coaching to end-users and trainees to address challenges and improve system adoption. Conduct kick-off meetings to define Training objectives, deliverables, and expectations. Conduct training reviews and audits to ensure adherence to trainings schedule and identify and address risks.
Mitigate risks and manage scope creep to ensure alignment with Project Delivery goals. Technical Skills: 10 years of experience in SAP training, with a proven record of leading training for various SAP implementations Excellent Communication skills in written & spoken English Experience with defining long term training strategy Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud) and integration technologies (e.g., CPI / IS) Fair knowledge of SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, SCM, CRM, ABAP, Integrations & Analytics Experience with SAP EnableMe will be added advantage. Additional Requirements: Exceptional training, presentation, and leadership skills to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality training and project outcomes. Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze user needs, and develop solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and training challenges.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for on-site training Full-time role with flexibility for global training schedules and project deadlines.
