About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Consultant to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. This role requires a strong mix of functional consulting across all ERPNext modules and technical expertise in customization, integration, and rollout delivery.

You will lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations across Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, Projects, CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory while engaging with clients to map processes, deliver solutions, and ensure smooth adoption.

PLEASE NOTE : Prior Experience in FRAPPE and ERPNext is MUST for the Job Role

Key Responsibilities

ERPNext Functional Consulting & Implementation

  • Lead full-cycle ERPNext implementations across Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, Payroll, and Projects.
  • Configure and customize ERPNext modules, workflows, and reports based on client requirements.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems (e.g., Tally ERP) into ERPNext.
  • Align ERPNext functionality with business processes through AS-IS & TO-BE analysis.

Client Engagement & Training

  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design ERP workflows.
  • Conduct user training, workshops, and UAT sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support and serve as a trusted advisor for clients.

ERPNext Development & Customization

Collaborate with the development team to define functional specifications.

Customize forms, reports, workflows, dashboards, and permissions.

Develop module extensions and ensure integration with third-party systems and cloud platforms.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP projects.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on ERPNext implementation and configuration experience.
  • Strong expertise in multiple ERPNext modules:
  • Finance & Accounting (GL, AP/AR, Banking, Reports)
  • Manufacturing & Inventory (BOM, WIP, stock movement, warehouse management)
  • Sales & Purchase (quotations, orders, invoices, procurement cycle)
  • CRM & Projects (task tracking, milestones, resource allocation)
  • HRMS & Payroll (employee lifecycle, attendance, salary structure, compliance)
  • Experience in data migration (e.g., Tally ERP → ERPNext).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in ERPNext/Frappe development (Python, JavaScript, Frappe framework).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP deployments and integrations.
  • ERPNext certifications or other ERP functional certifications.
