We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills across web and mobile platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences, from wireframes to final visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for all devices.
  • Maintain design consistency through visual guidelines and design systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience working with design systems and collaborating with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Prior experience working in Agile environments.
